When you are looking for MLM leads the best people to approach are ones who have already shown success in business or other fields. Why? Because people who are successful usually get that way because they have a drive and work ethic that helps them to go the extra mile. People with this drive can be taught the necessary skills needed to survive in any field.
The hard part is training a person to have the desire to succeed and to work for that success. There are a lot of people who have training and skills but they do not know how to apply them towards the realization of a goal. Nothing is more pitiful than a person with the skills to succeed but without the drive.
When interviewing prospective downline members you are not looking for any and all warm bodies. It is not the quantity of people you sign, it is the quality. One high power person is worth hundreds of people who are looking for a get rich quick scheme and are not willing to do any work to succeed.
MLM leads are easy to come by but finding a quality MLM lead is another story altogether.
